I'm Tr. Sandy Isadora, an educator, educational content creator, and the Founder and Academic Head of Bright Hill International. I also work as a Scholarship Coach and Education & Scholarship Strategist.

My expertise spans educational content creation, curriculum and materials design and development, language test development and preparation, and AI training for educators. My teaching specialisms include English language learning, academic reading and writing, IELTS, SAT English, and GED Reasoning Through Language Arts.

My research focuses on AI in education and English for Specific Purposes (ESP) test development for AI product managers and other AI-related or AI product roles. I am researching the English communication skills these professionals need at work and how to assess them through relevant language tasks.

I completed IBM's Product Management: An Introduction course in April 2026 and earned the Gemini Certified Educator credential from Google for Education in May 2026.

I have supported many young people in preparing university and scholarship applications for Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, Singapore, and Australia, including opportunities offering 45%–100% scholarship support. My approach connects profile development, university selection, application strategy, and interview preparation with each student's academic and career goals.
